Cindy has over 20 years management consulting experience, mostly with The Boston Consulting Group where she was a Principal and then General Manager of the Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland offices.

Her consulting experience spans a range of industries such as professional services, public sector, consumer goods, travel and tourism, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and financial services, in a range of markets; Asia, UK, US and Australia.  She has led consulting teams assisting clients with strategy development, M&A transactions, post merger integrations, operational effectiveness and organisation design.

From 2006 to 2010, Cindy was a member of the Executive Team of a large Australian law firm, Corrs Chambers Westgarth, where she led the Strategy, Marketing and Human Resources functions and successfully managed a firm-wide transformation program.

Cindy co-founded and Chairs the Global Refugee Academy, an NGO that trains and supports refugees to secure safe passage via alternative pathways such as skilled visas and university scholarships. Cindy is also a Director of Community Refugee Sponsorship Australia, and chaired for seven years The Bread & Butter Project, Australia's first social enterprise artisan bakery, investing 100% of profits to create employment pathways for refugees in Australia. 

Cindy has an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management where she was awarded a Commonwealth Scholarship, including an exchange semester with the Wharton School of Finance.
